At InfluencerBoost ("we", "us") we respect the privacy of the brands and casinos we work with. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Contact details: brand name, contact name, email address.
Business information: website, target markets, estimated budget.
Account credentials (email and password, securely handled by our authentication provider).
Campaign history, VOD reviews, and communication related to your account.

2. How we use your information

Evaluate your access request and activate your account.
Connect you with streamers who fit your campaign profile.
Give you visibility into your campaigns' and VODs' progress.
Process billing and communicate with you about your account.

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your information to third parties. We share only the information necessary to execute agreed work (campaign name, deliverables, target market) with the streamers assigned to your campaigns.

4. Where your data is stored

Your information is stored on servers operated by our database and infrastructure provider (Supabase), with access restricted through row-level security controls.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly. Certain information may be retained for legal or accounting obligations.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email.
